Customs Duties & Taxation
The Vancouver Facialist is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred once your order arrives in the country of delivery. All importing taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about import taxes in your country, please contact your government’s customs and excise department.
Please note that The Vancouver Facialist is unable to declare your order as a gift.
Order not Arrived
If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame you must first contact your local postal service for an inquiry. The Vancouver Facialist will do everything that we can to assist you but we cannot be made liable and will not refund or resend the order.
If you selected tracked shipping and wish to track your product, please input your tracking number into the shipping companies tracking section on their website.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact your local postal authority for more information.
